BARGAINING…Ballots for the four units listed below should be arriving by mail about the same time as this Weekly Summary.  Please carefully review the Instructions to Voters, and follow the instructions on filling out and returning ballots.  Please report any problems with ballots ASAP by contacting the Council office at 608-836-0024.  Ballots must be returned to Council 24 by Friday, 4-21.  They will be tallied during that afternoon.  The Contracts then go before the Joint Committee on Employment Relations on Wednesday, 4-26 at 10:30 a.m.  Following that, contracts will be scheduled for floor action in both legislative houses on Thursday, 4-27.
